  Wish I could give this Branch 1/2 for smiling and acknowledging customers walking in. Too bad 1 is the lowest rating. Been sitting in the lobby for almost an hour and have received no service, no update or apology for the inconvenience. It's not like this is rush hour traffic when customers want to deposit/withdraw with 10+ other customers with the same intentions. There are 2 customers being served, 2! Terrible service. They've issued me 2 new debit cards and I have yet to receive either in the mail. Now I just need to cancel the card but it's looking impossible with the sloth-paced service. I don't mind tellers and associates taking there time. But this is too slow! And not receiving my debit card to pay bills has me worried. Not to forget, when I first ordered a new debit card Wells Fargo had simultaneously cancelled my temporary card once they realized my new debit card was in the mail - I was holding $40 of groceries in the store wondering why my card was cancelled (on their watch?). This is beyond ridiculous. I am a patient individual, but the overall service for the past 60 days has been lower than attentive and dismal.
