  The “woman” on the phone I talked to, had no idea what she was talking about and couldn’t answer my question, kept repeating herself as if I was dumb. She was very rude, tone of voice was condescending. Will remember to use different branch in the future. Absolutely useless.

  What a piece of work this bank is. The help here should not work for a bank their clueless. Especially Jacob M. who will tell you one thing and then ask someone else and then tell you he was wrong. Really should know how to do your job well before talking to people. Rude as well. I guess that’s how they train their employees to act since the higher up in the company don’t really have good banking practices playing with other people’s money. Especially the morons running the towne lake branch in Woodstock ga. Never been treated this way at Regions in all my 25 years. My wife’s father passed away last month and she followed all their policy’s for retrieving the money in his bank account which was not much and went with all the correct documentation and they then told her she needed a estate tax Id # and for what? Contacted the IRS about this and they said she did not need one due to the amount. And it’s not required by law like they said but again Wells Fargo has their own laws. So Wells Fargo wants her to obtain this so she will have to pay a CPA to file a tax return on money that the taxes have already been paid on, and pay the CPA to do this for no reason. As if she is not already grieving and trying to take care of this. Their making it more difficult. This bank will eventually fail because they have idiots and crooks running them and making up the rules as they go. And creating accounts in other peoples names and giving the CEO a 31% raise for last years nightmare year. WELL DESERVED. NOT! If it wasn’t for people putting their money in this banking system they would not be able to steal from people and give themselves 31% raises when they don’t deserve it. Thanks a lot Wells Fargo for making up the rules and making it difficult for my wife to get closure with this matter. Y’all are awesome!!! And no I do not bank with this establishment. THANK GOD! With all the other very poor reviews on the internet I would take your money and run to another establishment while you still have your money.
