  Tried to use the drive thru and had several dollars in change along with cash for four different deposits. I did not notice a sign about depositing excess change or I would have just used cash for that instead. I also did not notice i couldn’t do four deposits because it apparently takes too long to process that? There wasn’t a line. Despite all of this, when the drive thru teller came back on the camera to tell me I couldn’t do that and would need to come inside, I felt scolded like a child! Simply tell me it’s too many deposits and kindly ask me to come inside to finish the transaction. So I come inside and someone else helps me. She continues to lecture me again like the other woman had done as if I’m stupid and can’t understand why I needed to come inside! I didn’t appreciate the attitude and this could have been approached in a different way. I was told I was lucky I didn’t get the money stuck in the chute from the weight. I don’t think it was necessary to go through these details. Simply just tell me that when I have excess change and deposits it’s more efficient to come inside... don’t make me feel like an idiot! I was also asked if I even knew how much change to expect back. I mean, it’s right there in front of the person. Count it. If there’s change, let me know how much and if I’m short I’ll go to the car and get more. Also it’s 40 degrees outside.

  I don't know how this bank calls themselves a bank. I have major problems with this branch, on going. I have never seen this type of incompetence with any bank, both personally and in my business-ever. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this bank!

  The staff here is cool, I'm always in and out when making my withdrawals. I have on occasion seen some pretty angry customers getting loud at the front desk, and I thought that the staff handled those situations very professionally.
