  Do not rent from this company!!!!! They are shady and very unprofessional. I was in the process of renting a property from this company and was told that we would have a final move in inspection on a Thursday. I was also told that the Monday before I would receive the lease through email. Wednesday night came and I still hadn't received the lease so I called the property manager and received a text message sever all hours later. She informed me that I would have to move in the folol wing week Friday because the current residence had not moved out. Although that is not thier fault the way it was handled was not in the least bit professional. She basically stated that "her hands were tied". The next day (Thursday, our original move in date) I was told that we would be able to move Friday morning. Some how the cleaning was done and the previous tenants had moved out. Thinking that everything was handled I agreed to the move in time. However, Friday morning came and I received text messages stating that If we didn't sign our lease by 10 am (prior to our meet time) that we wouldn't be able to lease the home. Never have I signed a lease prior to completing the move in inspection. That would mean that any damages that are present in the home I would be held responsible. I then received a text message, not a telephone call, saying that we wouldn't be able to rent the home and that we had already seen the home twice and should have signed the lease to do a move inspection. The entire situation seemed very shady and the lack of communication from the staff only made things worse.

  The worse. I was a tenant, I returned the house better than what they gave it to me and they made up a bunch of charges to keep my deposit. Had a company clean the house, but they still charge “cleaning fee” I forgot 2 plastic cuts in one of the cabinets and the try to charge me $395 for property removal. Things like this. AVIOD AT ALL COST, this company is terrible. My name is Greg Castillo, I was your client. Look to your records now, I didn’t make a mistake. Chris the man not the girl did the bogus inspection, big shanty property. this company is really shady in trying to keep your deposit. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM
