  I am a former employee of Tolley Community Management and although I was with them for a little less than a year, it was one of the best experiences of my life. The owners, Mike and Cindy are truly some of the most understanding people I have ever worked for. The Community Managers (Jason T., Zack, Jason H., Shawn, Mike D., Debbie, Jaime), full of knowledge and passion for what they do. The administrative team at Tolley Community Management (Krissy, Liz, Lisa and Angela) are the women who deal with the bulk of the owners on a daily basis. They handle the good and the bad with grace and compassion and honestly are, in my opinion, the backbone of the company. This management company is the best I have ever worked for. They go above and beyond for their Associations and take the time to help educate their Board Members so they can fully understand their roles. Tolley Community Management lives up and surpasses their moto, "Strength with a personal touch". Although I do not work for them anymore, I have recommended them to many communities I have friends living in, including my own. If you are looking for a new Community Management company or are self managed and looking to find a professional company, contact Tolley Community Management. You will not be disappointed.
